I’m on a mission to help women get off the weight loss/regain cycle of chronic dieting to get to and maintain their healthiest weight.  

If you struggle with emotional eating, binge eating and negative body image, I can help. Tracking every calorie, cutting out foods you love or feeling out of control around food  does not have to be your destiny.

I can help you create a peaceful relationship with food and get back in touch with your body's internal cues, including hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. You will learn to trust yourself around all types of food, free your mind from obsessive, restrictive thoughts, and find a balanced approach to eating and exercise.
